Hello,

I just flew with LH but I collect miles in UA.

At checkin I made sure they enter my UA card number instead of my FTL card. *G was showed so I was not worried.

After 2 days I checked my FTL account and for my surprise miles just landed there. I do not understand this as all my boarding passes have *G and UA account I supposed.

What can I do now? Would I have any success in asking UA to get these miles? I have boarding passes, although Ua account is not printed on LH boarding passes...

Any success in doing this in past?
