I had the exact same problem around 12:05 AM EST today. I called InComm and they opened a ticket but no resolution within the stated 2-4 hour period. Called this AM and they said they closed the ticket because the funds had been properly loaded to BB, but they had not. Called BB and got someone who was very helpful and tracked back the VR pin and said it showed redeemed but never posted to any BB account, so he 3 way called InComm and they reopened the ticket. I spoke to a manager in their Georgia location who said wait another 4 hours. They thought I hung up and kept talking and the InComm rep said they had a issue over the weekend with multiple accounts and do not yet know how to fix it. I am confident we will get our funds but it may take a few days. I'm not loading any more until all is resolved...I have all month!
