Extremely unlikely you´d get a taxi voucher at SFO.
The only two circumstances where AC (sometimes) hands out taxi vouchers are:
(1) the last flight of the day is cancelled (e.g. due to mechanical issues) and you need to go back home for the night
(2) The AC flights from a regional airport is cancelled and AC decides to hire a taxi for a few pax (to share) to get to the next airport. (I seem to recall AC hiring a car for a few pax in YQF to catch their int´l flight in YYC)
I´ve never heard of taxi vouchers being handed out as a form of compensation for a simple delay. (and I´m not quite sure why they should...)
