so i thought that if you are attempting to access an AAdmiral's club based on your elite status with BA, IB, etc., but you are a member of AAdvantage, then you cannot enter an AAdmiral's Club on a solely North American itinerary*. Essentially, if you book a non-international and non-Flagship-transcon flight on AA with your AAdvantage number, then there is no way to get into the AAdmiral's club without a day-pass, membership, or certain credit card.
*I am excluding the Flagship trans-con, as this would grant you access and would not require you to flash your Sapphire/Emerald card with a partner OneWorld member
