I'm having an issue with a VR. Purchased 4x500 yesterday. The 3rd one I tried to load gave me an error code (I believe it was error code 29) and the VR website stated there was an issue with my prepaid card. Attempted to load again and got a message that the PIN had already been used. Called InComm, who acknowledged an issue and told me to call back in 2-4 hours after giving me a ticket number. Called back 4 hours later; InComm CSR said there was still no resolution and to call back in 24 hours. Called back 24 hours later this evening, CSR told me still no resolution and to call back 72 hours from the time the ticket was entered (so ~44 more hours). Called BB, who told me that there is currently a known technical issue and to expect my funds "tomorrow" with no time frame. We shall see... I consider myself fortunate that I'm only missing $500 at this point.
