Lets see, to put in in perspective, in two years NYP had 6000 cases of misconduct and Chicago PD had 8500! so in 3 years TSA had 9K, and the police stats are for drugs, sexual assaults, theft, homicide too. That does not count the violations of policy like attendence either and TSA is publishing those. So in reality for a group the size of TSA, this is not unusual. It is because TSA is a federal agency and is the most visible of federal agencies, that things like miscoduct come to light.
