Other reports like this over the last year or so have eventually been resolved by Incomm issuing a new pin or simply applying the credit to its intended destination (BB etc.)
Thanks for that. I'm going to pursue this with InComm then.
I was actually dreading having to fight with the manager. I'm on pleasant terms with mostly everyone there.

Now, let's see what InComm can do for me.
