Finally got in, and while it kept on crashing (mycokereward unavailable message), I kept on refreshing and/or back page and it kept the resididual memory to proceed at various occasions.
Make sure you have a 1 mycokerewards code to enter. Then the option will spring up for 12 days of Christmas. (instead of app, web page worked better this method).
