Have you ever tried to reload it from scratch after the initial error before you called InComm? Did InComm confirm money is lifted, and WHEN?
See my post for what happened to mine. It was probably just communication error. Money loaded fine on 2nd attempt 5 minutes later.
I did try again initially, but after 2 failures, I called in. Getting conflicting answers from InComm now. First agent told me the money was loaded onto another card (which is why I filed the dispute); a recent call gave me another agent that says it was a system issue and to call back in 2-3 hours for a resolution. Hopefully it's the same issue as yours, but they told me not to try the card again until they determine the problem.
ETA: The error occurred on the initial screen, not the confirmation screen. I've seen the confirmation screen error before, but a second try always clears those.
