The Toronto Plaza lounge is indeed very good, but the BA lounge must be one of the best BA lounges outside London and the JFK CCR, good food and great staff. Spoilt for choice really!
The BA YYZ staff are probably the most upbeat and enthusiastic ground/lounge staff I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with on any airline. Even more remarkable because Torontonians aren't exactly known for their overt friendliness.
