I believe the rules state that the Infinity Bathrooms/Cabanas are available to CW passengers, but priority is given to F passengers.

From my experience:
- there has always been a free cabana
- 50% of the time (when travelling in CW), staff tell me: "they are for F passengers only" but immediately relent when I politely state that they are misinformed
- sometimes the staff run the bath for you, and advise you to come back in 20 minutes, whereas in other cases you have to do it yourself
- the cabanas are great, and I use them on every visit to the arrivals lounge
