Basically if they plated up a UK Scotland/Northern Ireland domestic breakfast instead of the bacon roll most people would say hurray. Luckily I've got the CCR for breakfast so I can't complain, but others should.
Yep, I thought breakfast was particularly crap ex-West Coast.

By the time it's served it's about 1400 UK time, Arrivals will be shut once you get to LHR and off the plane, if you're connecting you're thrown into "food appropriate to the time of day" (i.e. the ruins of the picked over afternoon tea) in the lounges, and if you're heading straight home, you've got a trek ahead of you on a rumbling tum.

The bacon roll ex-LA was an amazingly tiny and sorry offering. Truly disappointing. Tucked away in 53A on the 380, I think I only got one offer of a "breakfast roll or danish" too. Sure I've had better on the 747, even main deck.

Given the number of people who seem to go straight to sleep on the 268 and skip dinner, a better breakfast or brunchy offering would seem less miserly.
