Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if NSA operates a covert Pizza Dude Corps, highly trained specialists who deliver the pies and plant surveillance devices in the process. I'm sure they're more successful than the 40 year old unshaven men in Girl Scout uniforms who attempt to plant surveillance devices while selling Girl Scout cookies door to door. That was a prototype program; didn't last past the 3rd customer.
