Yes, you can use them. Officially priority is given to First passengers, but there is nothing to exclude CW pax from using them if no F pax are waiting or arrive between the time you request for one and the time you actually get in one.

I think the staff may not like pax using them as they take longer to clean than the showers, but that's tough - you're the passenger, so you should use one if you wish!
