Iberia bookings are done through the Amadeus system, so the reference number should be exactly the same. It should be a combination of 6 numbers and letters.
Have you actually tried inputting the Amadeus ref where it asks for the booking locator code?
That doesn't actually mean the Iberia computer system will let you do anything with it, but you should be able to see your booking just fine. (and you've confirmed e-ticket numbers via checkmytrip.com so there's no reason to worry)
Hi Yes ive put in the Amadeus ref but it wont accept it. On Checkmytrip it also shows a booking ref but is only 5 digits and Iberia.com says it should be 6 digits.
We are only taking hand luggage so if we could have checked in on line we would not have to queue up at check in but if we cant log into Iberia.com we cant check in on line?
