I often fly in WT+ (it's the highest my employer will pay for) and have always found the seats to be uncomfortably hard. A couple of weeks ago I was D/G'ed to WT and was very surprised to find that the seats in WT are far more comfortable.
I thought I preferred WT+ because of the extra legroom but an exit row in WT is far better, although it's a dangerous game to always aim for the exit row..in case it goes horribly wrong! At the very least it made me think twice about WT+ and even my future plans for flying on BA.

(edit) And I agree that the new seats are worse than the old ones. I was excited to try them for the first time but they're yet another BA 'enhancement'
