I suspect seat comfort is a personal thing.It must be impossible to provide a seat that is comfortable to all.

I flew new WT+ yesterday and found it very comfortable indeed. I had been fretting about the lack of UuA and resigned to 'making do' with WT+. But in the end, I had a very pleasant journey.
