guys, this is not a move by RBI to curb the $ spends, this is in line with the rbi mandate to replace all cards with chip & pin cards, especially those which have had a intl. spend transaction in the past 6-8 months. this helps protect your card from scams and cloning. do note the keyword "magnetic stripe card" there. if you have a chip card, it is no worries
