She did have a polite word with the CSD about this. No suppose if the TRM doesn't pass the info on then nobody is any the wiser! I know she (the TRM) re warned it for a 16:30 departure (STD 1620) at 16:15. With the best will in the world that was not happening hence why the gate agent told us to wait for an update, because she knew, too.
