There is no assurance that aircraft will actually show up at the gate, TG is notorious for equipment swaps. This works both ways, I was recently beneficiary of a swap on HKT-BKK from regional 330 to a brand-new 77W. They do keep things interesting!
yes it might happen, but not on every second flight or so.
from the 12 domestic flights I did this year, all were on the scheduled plane
