Well I appreciate it is not the best hotel in Thailand but take a look at the rates on Agoda at £75 plus tax for the same room in the same month.

What rack rates are you looking at, and are you taking into consideration that this is one of the better pool access villa's?

Also compare the rate from 30/4-1/5 on Otel for a pool access villa at £96:-

I accept that rates in the Khao Lak region come down around mid April but not by that much.

At the end of the day when you take out the breakfast (for two) valued maybe at 200 thb then you are paying around 2GBP for the room per night so how much cheaper can you get for an air con pool access villa?
