went to a branch today with ID and DONE

The whole reason this happened was that i was randomly selected for additional verification when I called in to activate AU card yesterday. On the last step of the process I was told to hang up and they would call me back. This is where things went wrong, I hung up and they did not call me for over 20 min, next thing I know there is a extreme block on my account .. Fast forward to today, THE ENTIRE REASON WHY THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT was BECAUSE I "HUNG UP TOO EARLY"

Incidentally I was calling to let them know that they just sent me a duplicate of my primary card and that was WHRONG

Sorry for the rant but I have been with CITI since 2011 (was my first card ever) , and this happens
THEY Should know better
