That's not entirely true. There are only 2 boarding levels - 1 for the upper deck of the 380 and 1 for the lower deck. From the F or the J lounge, after getting your bp scanned, you have to take a lift to either boarding level depending on your class of travel. So as a Skywards Platinum using the F lounge and traveling in Y, one could use the lift to come down to the lower level to board the 380 in Y.

No, after getting off, everyone need to pass through security and then enter the lounge back again if you have a connection.
