Acessing my booking online
Hi,
I am flying LHR -Madrid and the next day Madrid to Quito with Iberia, booked through the cruiseline.
We have paid the full cost of the business class tickets to earn TP with BA so it is not a subsidised by cruiseline flight.
The cruiseline have given us ticket numbers and the Amadeus ref so I can see our seats on Checkmytrip.com
The seats allocated were not together so I rang Iberia and they changed them.
I asked Iberia for the Iberia booking locater number so I can access my booking online but they said there isn't one and its the Amadeus ref needed to log on.
Ive tried this but Iberia.com quite clearly say its the booking locator code needed and even show a sample of where to find this code on the electronic ticket receipt. Ive now spoken to five different Iberia agents who tell me something different each time and now insist that its because the Iberia site isn't working properly!
Ive also spoken to the cruiseline and asked them give me a copy of the electronic receipt and they say the only number they have is the Amadeus code which Iberia have told them its all I need.
I wont be able to check in on line without the booking locator code and Im getting fed up with these people being so unhelpful.
How is it Iberia staff don't know about their own system??
How can the cruiseline say they don't have an electronic receipt for our tickets? Its cost us over £6000 for these seats and I cant even check in on line!!
Sorry to rant on but im so frustrated. This is supposed to be our trip of a lifetime and I don't want it to go wrong.
Does anyone have any ideas?
