Changing reward ticket from J to F on CX operated flight
Looking to book YVR-JFK on Avios in J with CX. Should F open up, I would like to change to F. Would there be a change fee for doing this or just the difference in points?

I have no status with any Oneworld carrier if that counts for anything.
