Etiquette in my view is; You wait your turn, do what you need to do, and go back to your seat. It can take 2 minutes or it can take 30 minutes it really does not matter. There are more restrooms and people are free to choose where to queue. Your needs are not more important than the needs of other passengers. If you have a medical emergency/special circumstance that requires immediate access to a restroom ask the crew.

I once had someone banging the door while I was doing what you are supposed to do in a lavatory (proper fist banging the door 4 or 5 times). When I came out (only when I was finished) there was no one there. Mind you this was in Business Class as well so perhaps the other passenger felt entitled to some priority?

Well done sir, I think we all together shown that it would be utterly poor form to go on with this plan in the OP.
