It's though times ahead for KL. The austrian/Tyrolean way should be good for the company and the passengers but I doubt if it will make any sense. Transavia is KLM's LCC and can perform at an even lower cost. If KL wishes to reduce their cost base the best way would be to follow LH/germanwings or IB/IBexpressVueling strategy right away.

Although KLC and KL is supposed to be the same, I had the experience of less catering on KLC flights and only water or OJ available but this was for a 1hr flight so could be different when they start operating longer sectors.
