I flew to and from SYD in F earlier this month. Three sectors were on the 777 and one on a 747 from SIN to LHR.

Brand new 777s (4 weeks old) which was great, except the hand basin in one WC did not operate from LHR to SYD; an existing fault that had not been fixed. The crew put the EC out of order, which was not sensible as the toilet worked and it was useful for changing etc. Managed to persuade the CSM on the second sector to leave hand get and wet towels, which worked fine.

The Mixed Fleet crew were generally good and certainly enthusiastic. Their lack of experience was noticeable, compared to WWF, but nothing too material. The WWF crew on the final sector were good too.

Food fine and cabins all full.
