Also the Amex Platinum -- they sometimes have a bonus deal going on where you get extra Avios when you transfer Amex MR points to BA. Plus you can borrow points from Amex, so you can wait until they have a bonus offer and do that to take advantage of it.

I never get any flight miles credited to BA, always AA.
