Hi,

You can fly Emirates airlines from Karachi to Dubai and Dubai to Dallas/Fortworth then connect on American to Joplin Regional Airport. Chanute, Kansas is 88 miles from that airport. You should be able to rent a car or you maybe able to take greyhound Check the airport's website for all available ground transportation http://www.joplinmo.org/index.aspx?nid=149
