I am proof Chase doesn't blacklist permanently

I can say this is not true. I had a BK many years ago and owed north of 20k to Chase on 3 accounts. All were discharged and I never repaid them for those discharged debts. Also I have never had a Chase Checking or Savings account.

I now have 1) Chase Sapphire Preferred 2) United MileagePlus Explorer Card and 3)Chase Freedom, with about 30k total credit limit.

Maybe they have a time limit, or changed their policy at some point, but I can say that they don't have a blanket lifetime ban.

The only way to recover is to repay every single dime that Chase is forced to discharge, which is not your legal obligation.

That's why since there is no legal obligation, Chase can do whatever you want to you.
