I fly SFO-HKG often. Up until around 2008, when I sat in Y, the ISM would ask me if I wanted anything from J (and once even caviar from F). I would somethings have noodle soup or ice cream (before they started to offer H-D ice cream in Y). They stopped asking me about 2009 or 2010.
