Thanks again!! I'll hold on tight and hope to hear back next week. I specifically said in the letter that the caller could talk to me, an employee,...even though the acct is for my husband. Don't know if that will give them permission to talk to me instead of him, but thought I would just throw that in the letter since my husband wants no part of this. Hopefully, he won't mess it up!!
