Not sure about LA and Miami, but I think you are smack dab in the middle of a UN meeting in NY. And I cannot use colorful enough words here without getting banned to describe NY during a UN circus. You don't want to be anywhere near the place. Even Miami is too close to NY when the UN is in session.
