This is different from all of my past experiences where the agent has simply posted the points immediately.
I have some clarification on this based on experiences the last couple of days:
  • Agents can now post no more than 2,500 points in a transaction.
  • Agents can now post no more than 5,000 total points to a single account in a day.
  • If agents try to post more than 5,000 points to a single account in a day, any points above 5,000 are marked for review and can only be posted by the marketing team.

Hope this clarifies the issue.
