No clue, never had to deal with Citi's Executive Office. But if they're anything like CapitalOne's EO. You should hear back the day after they receive the letter. Though, I doubt it'll be that quickly.
It is generally quick. I'd expect to hear from them by the back end of next week. You will get a phone call from a South Dakota number.
