I like that with LH you pretty much know what you're going to get. With BA there's always that "what kind of crew will it be?" issue. Some of the best flights I've ever had have been with BA, along with (regrettably) many of the most disappointing ones. My LH flights have always been good to OK.

I just with BA could try and get a grip on the day-in, day-out inconsistency.
My worst ever crew was with Lufthansa, so it shows all airlines can have their bad crews. I don't fly LH enough to have experienced a brilliant crew, so obviously I can't say that the best of BA is better than LH at their best.

Apart from that most my LH experiences have been the OK but nowt special rating.
