A wild suggestion

Does your hotel room come with full kitchen, i.e. is it an apartment?
I ask, because if so, you may be able to get a zhongdiangong (钟点工, hourly worker or whatever they are called, who charge you by the hour) to cook meals for you, since you like Chinese food. Had you preferred western food then it might have been more difficult.

Actually I am not sure if this will go down well with the hotel management, but it is worth thinking about unless you fancy easting in restaurants 3 months in a row.
