Wow, the voice of Christmas Past showing up on Thanksgiving. ^^

In fairness to DL, they have been in the forefront trying to get this rule change for a long time, just waiting on a much too slow FAA. The good news, DL was first out of the gate with the change.

But the bad news is all the safety videos have to be changed and that can’t happen in a week or even a month. They have to make a master edit, then make copies and get them distributed to all the aircraft in the system using their state-of-the-art 8-track system. Oh wait, I forgot DL updated to the state-of-the-art VCR.

Not a First World problem but would be nice to see DL use this opportunity to update to the smaller, safer, easier-to-view tapeless DVD system.
