Apologies if this is in the wrong place, it is my first post.
We are traveling in February with Thomson (gulp) with our 5 young children; 7,4,2 and twin babies from Gatwick North
I have looked into extra assistance in the form of VIP service as we want to fast track and avoid as much of the hassle as possible with all the kids.
I have looked into gatwick first and serviceair and they seem much of a muchness. They both do not commit to assisting you past the likely horrendous check in queue but that they will help if they can. They assist you through fast track security and onto the plane.

Does anyone have any experience of them?
We used the marhaba service at Dubai which looks to be an equivalent and found it useful.
