There was one agent inside but there was a line of 10 people as it was 12:30am. I had originally approached the gate agent and he could not help me.

I would have wanted the car they originally got because it had 1000 miles on it.

I did not like that they left me a car with issues, the best choice on the gold choice was an impala with 23k and I got the third degree about taking the same model car out of the gold choice as the ads always say if you do not like your car take one from Gold choice.
