Will be making my first BA trip shortly and looking to do SFO-DUB via LHR in WT+. I was wondering if anyone knows how easy/difficult it may be to upgrade from WT+ to Club World with a paid upgrade either online or at the gate? And if anyone has done it recently, how much it might be? I don't have any status with BA.

Have done a couple searches but can't seem to find any recent data.

If it helps, looking to depart SFO either 12/8 or 12/9 and return 12/22 or 12/23. It looks like there's 2 flights per day too.
