You cannot fly after these surgeries, period, sometimes for up to a month depending on the specific condition.

I have not got as much sympathy for that passenger in a completely preventable situation...
I flew 2 days after Lasic and was totally fine. doctor laughed when i asked if it was okay. he said of course. i was working 18 hours after the surgery.
