They felt it was unsafe to fly him. That happens day in day out across the world on many, many airlines (and on trains and boats too)
I've not read any comment from BA that was derogatory. All the derogatory comments have been from the family. They were the ones who used the 'discrimination' allegations.
All of the 'too fat to fly' comments have been from the media.
BA paid for a hotel yet all the French Government did was provide the family with the phone numbers of 2 lawyers! Where was AF in all of this? I'd have thought they would have loved to get one over BA !
