They won't have auto-enrolled you. You have to explicitly do it yourself

As you're a UK plat, I can tell you the exact steps:
* Go to americanexpress.co.uk/platinum and log in when prompted
* Click "Platinum Service" then "Benefits Directory"
* Scroll down to Travel, then click "Cathay Pacific – The Marco Polo Club"
* Click "Enroll Now", complete the form, and submit
* Wait 1-2 weeks
* Go to the CX website, and try the "Forgotten Password" link. Once you've been enrolled, you'll be able to see you status here and get your number a week or so before the card arrives
