Obviously, it depends on what you plan to do with the mileage. If you're after UA elite status, then it's obviously better to clock it on MP. If you want to book SQ premium cabin award tickets with those miles, then best to clock it to KrisFlyer since SQ doesn't release premium cabin inventory to *A partners.
