My husband got denied for a business card. I had applied for him over a month ago and did not get instant approval. Waited to hear from them but after a few days called and they asked a few questions. They were particularly interested in this social security number. I think I mistyped it on the app. So, They required a SSA-89 form and a copy of his social security card. That took another week. Well, last night, almost 2 weeks later, a denial email. He has only 1 hard pull for a Citi personal, approx 800 cs, and income over $200k. Are they cracking down? I know he won't call the recon after all this!
