They've sent me a Samsonite Alu-Box instead How come they haven't mistakenly shipped a Rimowa?! I got a call this morning from the (admittedly very polite) call centre agent who was genuinely embarrassed about the situation, and said that the WorldShop staff at TXL insisted that they had sent me the right model The conversation continued as follows:

- Sir, I'm sorry for asking you this, but I'm obliged to by protocol. How can you tell that the model we sent you is wrong?
- Well, one, I know what my model looked like, two, it's a completely different colour and shape, and three, it wasn't a Samsonite!

Now waiting for the UPS fellow to show up to pick up this one, take it back, and then (hopefully) bring me the right one back. With 5 kg per shipment, it must've already cost LH an entirely new suitcase in shipping expenses alone.
