I checked out the Beijinger, Time Out, and City Weekend for you (I didn't touch That's BJ out of principle). Only City Weekend has semi decent listings for Wudaokou in isolation:

Eatalia, Bridge Cafe, and Ganges are all acceptable. Plus, you can't really go wrong with Korean, though that stuff isn't well suited for delivery.
