My carry-on is all-black and I like it that way, because I've seen how thieves target people and standing out is not a good thing. For me where standing out matters is at the baggage carousel, where my carry-on isn't anyways. In that case I use a bright red luggage strap, it's a good option because it's removable and you don't need to make a permanent decision (like that bag above) that you might regret later. I doubt you'd want to show up at a business meeting with that Eastpak. If you go the tag/strap route you can always make it look more professional by removing the daisy-themed strap or christmas ribbon.
